Due to the extra deck height of the RB30 Block you require a belt that is approximately 11 teeth longer (Providing you relocated one of the tensioners from the factory location to above the water pump if you didn't its a different belt again).

A total of around 152 teeth will be needed the Dayco part number for this setup is 94407.

You can also contact the Gates tech guy for automotive power transmission (belts etc). He gets quite a few questions about this and has a list of a few different belt options depending on how you've set it up.

the belt is 11 teeth too short, as above gates make a belt especially for the twin cam rb30 conversion, just go in and state you have a twin cam rb30, it should be on any autostores parts system.

Doing this in Canada will return a blank look...

WTF is twin cam RB30?

I doubt that many 15yr olds behind the counter at any autoparts store in canada would have any idea what an rb30 is haha...let alone what belt is required for the dohc conversion.

Definetely misunderstood the question!
