R34 "breather" Line To Intake Pipe

hey just got a quick question, do you need to hook up the breather line from the power steering to the intake pipe when you install a FMIC ? the pipe work doesnt allow for this and I was wondering if you can just block it off or if you will need to install a nipple in the pipe to allow for the installation.

Someone explained to me the reason why you have to do this but I forget now lol.

Anyway i just purchased a brass screw in nipple from pirtek for $1.50 (supercheap, autobarn ect ones are all too big for the intended purpose). Then you just drill a hole in the pipe (dont need a tap and die) and screw in the nipple. I then just added some metal putty around the base of the nipple to seal it properly.
