Engine Fan Problem

The engine fan in my R33 GTST seems to be not spinning freely and jaming up. When im driving its turning as fast as the engine revs making a terrible loud fan sound loosing heaps of power. After degreasing and forcing the fan free again it seems to be fine then f*%$s up again soon after driving around a bit! Can anyone Help please!

its your viscus hub ..the metal gear shaped bit in the middle of your fan get this replaced problem gone happend to me cost $200 and i fitted it in like ten mins too easy
