Its static throttle, but if you've ever heard a RB26 static @ 5100rpm it ain't quiet. It's a bullshit RPM anyway.

Ferrari's have ECU controlled valves, factory. So they pass such tests and then when driving along - they open depending on throttle position etc. Again making it bullshit as an "aftermarket" Apexi valve like that is illegal, yet does the same thing.

I'm fairly certain it's not within the rules to have adjustable components (Like the Varex system) here either, but it just isn't enforced anywhere near as hard.
