Police @ Rocks this weekend

FYI.

Was sent the below by a friend who works at the Rocks

Dear All

The Rocks Police will be conducting a traffic operation in the Hickson Road

carpark, aimed at hotted up cars and associated offences in Hickson Road

and surrounds.

The operation will be conducted Friday 15 th and Saturday 16th August .

The times are from 7pm to approximately 2am.

The carpark will be used as a means of providing a secure area for officers

to carry out vehicle and passenger inspections, in conjunction with other

agencies such as RTA and EPA.

The officers will need to have access to car spaces 1 - 18 from 7pm.

Spaces 19 - 24 will not be effected. There will be no problem exiting the

carpark during the operation.

Please contact me if car space 1 - 18 is yours, and you are unable to leave

before 7pm.

You know this is not a bad idea

During a heavy police blitz we should cruise in our lamer-mobiles with an SAU sticker saying "My other car is a defectable Skyline".

They'll end up defecting you for half filled washer bottles and non standard K-Mart wheel trims...

kept driving by and didnt look back...

havnt heard from ya in a while dude,

you proably drove past me on the night, i was with some friends standing and watching the defections take place next to the defect station, and no i didnt drive my car

no skylines were pulled in when i was there, I was there for a good couple of hours at least during the peak time.

Basically, they would round up the idiots driving like hoons, regardless of the state of the car.

huge body kits on slammed cars were instantly pulled in, as expected.

(struggling to drive into the defect station because your car is too low doesnt make a good impression)

On the night, it was exhaust, height, seats & interior, visable engine bay mods. They also had an RTA inspector or two as well.
