Winton Raceway - Sunday 29th June

Hi guys, since my car is still in Melbourne, I've decided to delay bringing it back to Queensland for a week or so and I'm attending the track day at Winton next Sunday 29th June.

I'm not sure if anyone else was planning to head there, but by all accounts it's a good day with plenty of track time and a good bunch of guys. It's being organised by the Maserati Club of Australia (don't worry, I've been assured they're fun people and there's only one Maser is in the club).

I won't be there but a big thumbs up for the Maserati days, heaps of track time and the guys are all ultra friendly... yeah and not many Maser's lol good mix of cars

LOL, actually. If i dont have plans i would lvoe to come up and have a look. Will talk to Ronin and convince him to take his GTR for a drive up and watch.

Want to see the car in person, it is the Mk 1 Escort of the import world. Good handling and dynamics, just needs more power

I'm baggsing one session in the Atom - unless its raining and cold in which case it is all his!

Do the maser club guys require a membership or are they happy enough with SAU membership? sounds like a good opportunity!

If SAU is affiliated with SCAMS or AASA it's all good. Call Jim on the number above, I think they're trying to solidify numbers. I have two drivers in my car.
