Jamming Throttle Max Rpm ? But The Cable Is Closed

ok guys my rb is revving its tits off after giving it a big rev the thing the cable sits in is closed hard but its still reving

it doesnt make sense as in theory it cant rev without air so how ? could the butterfly be open inside but the cable closed position ??

your AAC valve could be stuck open... never herd of it doing this but it would be possible for the solinoide to be stuck up...

The aac valve lets air in your plenum bypassing your throttle body to maintain a good idle...
