Dint In Rear Quater Panel

some **** has opened his door HARD on my car and not only left a mark but a fairly large dint about 2 inches high and about 5mm wide. it is in the rear quarter panel about 7 inches towards the back of the car after where the front door ends (2 dr r33)

my friend told me of this service that comes out to you for 140 bucks can fix all the dints in ur car as long as they can get behind the panel.

so what i'm asking is the back of the panel accessable so they can do this to my car or am i gonna have to save a bomb just to get this dint fixed.
