Where Is The Fuel Pump On R34 Gtr?

Hey guys,

Wanting to remove my standard pump to install aftermarket, i did it on my R33 but on the R34 GTR i am wondering where it is located??? Any help appreciated!

sorry, I wasn't trying to be smart, it is in the fuel tank.I can't remember off the top of my head where the access panel is but take out your boot trim and all will be revealed.

would love to know where the access panel is to get to the fuel tank for an R33 GTR... in the boot?

Look under the car and find the fuel lines running to the boot. This will show you were to look in the boot. 2 or 3 10mm bolts to undo. Make sure your in a well ventilated area when you take em out and don't leave rags in the boot either-the petrol smell in car will stay there for months

If you did it on the 33, then you should be able to do it on the 34. Nissan don't create that much of a hassle in design changes between models.

For a 33 and a 34, its right next to the battery behind the boot trim under the rear window parcel tray

Its on the drivers side , you will have to take out the rear strut brace, metal brace and remove a few computres then you will see the cover . Undo the M6 bolts and use your special tool to undo the the plastic screw to get to the tank . I would make sure I have a close to empty tank before doing it . If you done a 33 gtr before its in the same spot , the 34 V-spec has a lot more junk there , thats the only difference.

Ahh i see! It was a 33 GTS-T i did last time not a GTR. Thanks for the info that is of great help! I guess ill now undergo the painful process of pulling everything apart..
