NO!! its a big no no to resell alcohol unless you hold a liquor license....in all states of Australia...

Maybe sell a used light globe (or some other nil value item) off your car and give away whatever grog you have left over to whoever buys you used light globe...

they removed it 2 days later as he didn't have a licence.

Lol selling a penfolds grange on ebay. We sold out of the 2003 Grange in about a week. $550 a bottle and 1 guy came in and bought 7 bottles.

My mate wanted to get some from Wollies Liquor as they had a 30% off sale on all reds.

I had a Woollies discount card for another 5%, so i came along.

He bought 6 bottles so $550 - 30% - 5% = $365.75, nearly $200 a bottle off, then tried to sell it on ebay as it was a sold-out vintage......no go!

He'll just drink it instead.

ive sold wine on ebay.. no liquire license either. just sell..... the right to come into you house and give him a free box of grog... or what ever you want to get rid of... that will work. lol

Giving away alcohol is *ok*, selling it means liquor license (used to be 10K or so in Vic at one point in time )
