Next annual general meeting??

im just curious as to when the next general meeting is, im sure a few of us without trying to cause trouble are thinking about voting or revoting in the club leaders etc, and possibly voting on wether bans on certain people from participating in events should be reviewed etc....

so club officials , when is the next annual general meeting? and can we have some notice for this one(this is not just me askin, i just took it upon myself to start the thread as i have been asked by a few people whats the go with certain things.)

also, i forgot to ask in the thread, who is allowed to participate in this meeting, anyone who participates in the SAU qld forum? seeing as there is no paid membership yet.

As per club rules the AGM will be held in june of each year. All financial members will be able to vote and have their say...

We are still waiting on supplies from sponsors, answers from them etc.

Waiting on other people is no fun

the queensland sector doesnt have ne paying members though does it ? do u think the club will be officially up and running before the end of this year ? do u have assigned tresurer, secretary, social organiser, motorsport organiser ?

All official positions needed to get the club running have been assigned and we are trying our best to get the club up and running. All we're waiting for at the minute is to hear back from some sponsors so we can offer all members the most when they join. We don't wanna do things half arsed, in the end it will work out for the best.

We are trying to get things going and just as keen as everyone else, but you can't control other people.
