Rb25 Front Facing Plenum

Hi,

I've got a Front Facing Plenum Chamber that came on one of my RB25DET's for sale. This is the Kind that bolts onto the Factory runners which makes it a breeze to install.

These Plenums are great because they reduce your intercooler piping by around 1.5m, which Increases Response and Power and Tidy's the Engine bay, and not to Mention they Look GREAT!

The Plenum also comes with the factory inlet runners which I have painted matt black. Looks GREAT!

I'm assuming this Plenum was made in Japan as it was on the engine when I got it.

In good Condition and was only recently removed from the engine.

I'm asking $550 ONO for it with the Painted Runners and all the Fittings.

Does the standard throttle body fit straight up to this? or is it made for a larger throttle body?

The Standard Throttle Body bolts straight on. But i'd say you could also fit a larger one if you wanted.

Hey mate i take it thats this is off an RB25 R32? So therefore it won't fit on a 34??

it's from an r33 or r34....not an r33 which is an RB20

anyway - how come you removed it from the car? has the engine been inspected since it's removal? just wondering what it flows like

It came from a Series 1 R33 Skyline with the Factory RB25DET engine.

I removed it because i just wanted to use a standard plenum becuase I have the cooler pipes to suit.

The engine works completly fine and has no dramas what so ever, but the engine is not for sale so I don't see what that has to do with the price off eggs...

i wasn't asking about eggs. like i said, i was enquiring about the flow characteristics of it. some front facing plenums can cause uneven air distribution causing some cylinders to lean out etc. that's all.
