The Best Workshop?

Hi Guys, ppl musthave asked this manytimes, but what is the best workshop in victoria? (I live in S.E suburbs, but won't mind travelling a bit). The thing is that I imported my R34 from JP, so I won't mind spending a bit more when it come's to finding someone who really knows the car

i have seen cars from Chasers Workshop

a R32 who is on forums i think his name is Phanton something and its georgeous

ive seen inside the bonnet of Marks VL and its by far the nicest engine bay i have ever seen and the thing fly's

But i must stress i have no personal experience with them, just going by what i have seen.
