the NEO is for an auto, i have a manual is there issues here??? and is there any better things with a neo over a standard 1

should be the same as normal RB manual swap, remove torque converter locating ring thingy and replace with spigot bush.

NEO's have 206kw standard, better turbo, better vct (it's active all thru the rev range as needed instead of just at high revs like non-neos) and most internals i've heard are closer to/same as RB26 parts.

neo's were made to comply with new emitions laws at the time in japan. last of the RB engines

I do believe so, but i have to get back to him shortly to discuss in detail everything i want done. I'm pretty sure he mentioned to me last time we talked that he takes the engine some ware else to get certain aspects done, so i would Imagen that this is where the balancing and machining is done.
