As the subject says :) I have a front-facing plenum so I don't have to worry about clearance above the fuel rail, I just need to know if it's otherwise a fairly easy fitment. I don't mind making some small mods for mounting, but if the spacing for the injectors is wrong or something then it's out of my league.

I've got a set of top feed injectors out of a RB25DE which the RB20DET slips straight in it is exactly the same fuel rail with 2 fuel regs one on either end.

I measured the nozzle that slips in to the plenum runner bit and they are approx 8mm wide.

The spacing from nozzle to nozzle is 8.8cm's

Its pretty rough but it gives you an idea.

I'll double check that if it isn't the same with a better ruler as the one I am using is a little dodgy. So let me know.

I got the RB20 fuel rail, and it seems the injectors line up perfectly. But the mounting positions are different, and the fuel lines don't go to the same positions at either end. I should be able to re-route the fuel lines with the hoses I've already got (I've got an extra set on the RB20 rail) but I'll need some metal welded on to mount it properly. Shouldn't be too difficult.

Not by me :D I gave up when a set of cheap side feed injectors came onto the market. So I bought them and sold my top feeds and fuel rails. The new owner of the fuel rail (sold via Ebay) owns a Silvia and was doing an RB25 conversion, so he's probably not a member here. If you are a member here then please let us know!
