After Market Tacho

hi iam in a bit of a shit spot so need sum help

iam hooking up my tacho but in all my books australia - japan- world imports

it says the green tacho wire go to number 7 in the ecu computer and iam running a blue lable computer (auto) so when i jone the tacho it dont work so i was just wonding if there is a nother number that is for tacho and its a rb20det silvertop computer r32

attached is an ecu pin-out diagram. Check to see if you have the correct position for (7)
