http://www.gtrnissan.com/ (1st sentence)

I thought "supercar" tag are limited to real supercars like reventon, mclaren f1 (maybe slr?), veyron, carrera, enzo and etc.

1. a lot of cars can go fast but they are never labelled a supercar.

2. I suppose Gt-R isn't unique in a sense that it isn't a limited production car. you could say a supercar are limited production cars?

3. It certainly doesn't have supercar looks. and certainly not the price tag.

it's a sports car! but a supercar?

If you use the Wikipedia definition it should sum it up:

Supercar is a term generally used for a high-end sports car, whose performance is highly superior to that of its contemporaries

oh and:

How Did The Gt-r Get The "supercar" Tag?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supercar

It has sports car elements (looks, interior)

And supercar elements (performance, handling, engineering)

But the 'supercar' is changing every year, and what a Ferrari could do five years ago can now be done in a factory Nissan.

BTW, what you tag as supercars ARE NOT supercars. They're Hypercars.
