Hi Guys ...

I need some opinions ... i want to get into some drifting and i was wondering can you use a GTR for drifting ...? Can you just make it 2 wheel drive easily and drift it .? or should i buy a pure rear wheel drive car .?

Thanks for the advice in advance .. I have a few cars in mind ...

BTW - if anyone has a good drifter for sale PM me ..

We have two or three GTR 32s drift at Archerfield but if you are just starting up it is probably best to get something a bit more basic but it is completely up to you. We have a 180sx for sale at the moment and it is a perfect drift car. Jump onto www.option1garage.com.au to have a look and for more details

As the other guys said mate...you could...it is possible..but i think if your just starting out, get a pig like a KE70, S13, or gtst if you've got your heart set on a GTR. It would be MUCH cheaper and you could spend more on worth while mods such as suspension, 2 way diff etc..

but in the end its your call

EDIT: I see in your info it says you own a sprinter? AE86? Use that.

i find it amusing how people suggest it would be cheaper to set another car like a GTST up for drift, all cars will require a great deal of money to be spent. the only difference would be the initial purchase price of the car. you would be looking at 15k + the purchase price of the car easy.
