Passenger Window Wont Go Up. Help?

so i have a 1990 R32 GT-R. power windows

. and the passanger window wont go up. i havent taken the door panel off and checked for power yet, but i checked every fuse under the steering wheel. (i bought my gt-r without a fuse diagram on the fuse cover, so......) and nothing is blown. can anyone help me out? do the window motors go that often? anyone have any quick ideas? if not, i'll try pulling off the interrrior panel and checking the switch for power, after that, i'll try cleaning up the motor a bit. any other ideas?

i dont think theres a fuse for power windows othwise your drivers side wouldnt work either. its likely the motor is dying or dead, or conections need to be cleaned. try and put direct power to it to see if its dead.
