Condensation Smoking

Well it's been three months since my car has been off the road, and it is N/A. When I first started it up it started smoking pretty bad. From what I can remember it definately was white smoke. I am trying to put it down to being rooted valve stem seals or condensation in the engine.

The car was started for 2 minutes, then driven for about 1 minute... so some advice on whether I am jumping to conclusions too fast would be great. Tomorrow I will have to go start it up and let it warm up, but people in my street are going to get pissed, quickly. Currently the exhaust goes from the stock manifold, through twin pipes all the way to the gearbox where they join to one and finish so it's bloody loud.

Should I first inspect the spark plugs and leave them out or something and see if I can tell that way? It doesn't appear to be losing any coolant, and there is no water in the oil at all. Nothing has been done for the headgasket to just blow, so that is why I am hoping it is just condensation that has built up over time.

The "white smoke" is more than likely steam. One of the by-products of the combustion process is water, which comes out in the exhaust stream as steam.

White smoke = Water

Black smoke = Fuel

Blue smoke = Oil

Does the smoke dissapate into the air relatively quickly or does it linger around for ages?

Since your not really running for long (roughly 3 mins total) I recon it's most likely just condensation build up in your exhaust system.
