Just finished my conversion and now having dramas with clutch.

Had the master cylinder re-sleeved and scraped the box between master and operating cylinder.

Now my clutch pedal only has pressure for the bottom half when depressed.

The lever that operates the throwout/thrust/whatever bearing pushes the operating cylinder back too much. When i hold the lever back toward the rear of the car the operating cylinder pushes all the way and the clutch works perfectly. Pressure all the way.

Now i have to work out how to fix this. Is it a prob with the operating cylinder letting the lever push it and retracting too far? which im guessing is the spring?

Or is it a prob with the lever moving too far back.

Ive tried bleeding with pedal in and out and everything so near certain not a bleeding prob.

Also have been assured that the box i scrapped does nothing but reduce pulsation or something

attached are pics of the fins on pressure plate. not the best but do these look a little straight?
