i think that it should just be part of it all being installed neatly. when i had mine done it was put away all neat and i just had my hand controller left on my seat for me to mount. which i was more then happy with. dont blame you for not wanting to use them again. specially after the front bumper incident as well

i think you should give them the feedback that they have lost you as a customer

at least for the next guy they work on they might improve things

who knows - maybe a rookie was working on it and theyve fired him or something?

screw feedback if they cant see what they did wrong i say never go back and tell everyone you know. With the way things are atm, with money getting tighter and tighter us consumers only really expect to get what we pay for no more no less and if we dont get that then screw them i recon.

They deserve to die in the a$$ if they treat the people that give them moeny so they can put food on there table like this.

If i had a 34GTR and it was left like that, id be a tad annoyed to be honest when its little effort to get it back in.

to be honest, even if it was a pig i would not leave a customers car like that. im not make or model discriminatory as money is the same color from everycar.
