Hey guys. I just finnished installing a Grex/Trust oil cooler kit and some gauges into my car. I was just wondering where you all decided to mount your cooler? I have a rather large front mount that takes up most of the space in the front end. We ended up mounting mine infront of the drivers side wheel between the cooler piping and gaurd.

Yeah thats not a bad idea. When i get my new bar i may move it. The cooler kit i got was a universal so it had really long lines. I think i could have mounted it there but i dont know how much flow it would get there. Il take pics later.

I mounted mine in pretty much the same spot as you coaster. The reason I decided to put it there was because it wasnt long/rectangle like the one posted up. It was more square so wouldnt have fitted in the grill.

Also the front bar has a cutout in it facing directly onto the oil cooler which made sense since it would be getting its fair share of cold air. Didn't like the idea of clustering up my radiator area with it either as it already has a front mount in its way as well. A mate helping installing it had also done the same and it had worked well.

The first oil cooler i had in there was second hand and started leaking from what i think was stress on the bent adaptor so i replaced it with a setrab!!! fantastic quality. Well worth the extra coin.

HKS relocator + earls/speedflow fittings + Setrab cooler = great kit!
