I believe it's locked to '3' as I got it from '3' there are ways of unlocking the phone. If I get no interest with a week or so, I might be tempted to use it lol.

To unlock '3' phone, you need to ring their customer service number, follow the prompts to speak to a customer service operator. Then follow his/her instructions. Pretty easy to do.

i think it was 80 bux to unlock and it will still be running the 3 OS so u might have some problems depending on who ur with...
