Main studs installed

girdle in, studs moly lubed and torqued in 3 steps

i was just sittin here looking at the main studs.... and for sum reason there is one odd stud right in the middle of the block it looks the same as the end studs... i ask u this because its the one ur holding the socket over in the picture i could see it better in down further.... just unsure of y its like that and the others arnt???

thats correct...because the girdle height is thicker there as well as the end studs...well picked up

re the arp mainstuds, are you using the special order rocket sets paul? i.e the ones with the 3 shorter 'long' studs?

dont know where these were sourced from...let me guess...they foul on the windage tray?
