ill find you a guide i found out how to do it myself its pretty easy you mainly just unbolt the 4 bolts holding it down which are easy to see, lift it up a bit and remove it from the back. 1 sec i have a guide let me find it for you

there are these big skrew like caps on the back of each headlight, cant miss them, just unscrew it and you have access to the screw in globe holder piece, pull it out and pull out the globe, quite simple really, wont take you long

i couldnt get mine out unless i took off my front bar.

when i installed my xenons, i had to bend the area around the headlight just to pop it out a little bit.

very dangerous as the plastic may crack.

you need H1 globes.

one of my headlights blew the day i got my 34, as said it takes H1's,

it was a simple matter of un screwing and screwing in the new ones, ( i have the factory bar, so i didnt need to move or remove anything) be sure not to touch the globe on the new one, or avoid it as much as possible as your fingers will leave moisture and the likes on the globe which can cause it to blow out sooner rather than later :)

I just did this a couple days ago on my R34. You don't need to remove the headlight housing itself, just remove the globe by unscrewing the big wheel-shaped plastic bit directly behind the headlight.

However this is harder than it sounds due to one small little screw that can make your life hell (well it made mine for about half an hour anyway). There is a screw in place at the bottom of this plastic wheel that stops you from spinning it. You need to undo the screw first. The screw head (on my car anyway) is not your standard screw, it's not even a phillips head shape. Its some weird star shape and I have no screwdrivers that can undo it. So in the end I just ended up using my screwdriver to jam it open (not ideal, but I was frustrated).

When you replace the globe, any H1 globe will do. Make sure you get 55W and not 100W. I bought a Phillips one for around $10.
