More likely because your right foot is too heavy.

How good are the tyres?

Auto Trans fluid. Check the level with ignition ON.
Who????

LOL! NEXEN Tyres, I had them on the front before too.

Sorry to say but they are like Bridgestone povo pack tyres. LOL! :D But good enough to get you from A to B as a daily.

As to you Jsikalias, what oil is leaking and what colour is it?

Gear box oil or do you think your ATTESA-ETS system is leaking? As for the oil in the ATTESA-ETS system I think its diff oil or there might be a special type of oil for it. (Clarification needed)

I found it quite easy to break traction in 1st and 2nd gear when I drove a V-Spec R34 GTR, which were on shitty cheap tyres. R34 GTR's have quite a bit of torque.

I would consider it normal and I don't think a tiny leak will cause you to lose traction that easy, unless oil is flicking to the tyres causing you to slip... LOL!

BTW I think I have seen your GTR before, you from Caufield, Malvern and Chadstone area by any chance?

LOL i bought the car wit those tyres oh well... nope i live in aspendale gardens that other yellow r34 gtr iv seen around those areas too but i just bought mine 3 weeks ago my plates are vgtr34 it might of been me...

i changed the gearbox oil on thursday and the oil in there was 2ltrs and was red tranny oil so i put the transmax z in which is good.... now the leak is coming from the rear of the box where it meets wit the transfercase its a black oil.... which is the same color as the oil in the boot

now the leak is coming from the rear of the gearboxbox where it meets wit the transfercase its a black oil.

the oil where u fill the attesa its the same color as the oil leaking from the gearbox not from the boot lol

Get your mechanic to hoist the car up and trace where the leak is and seal it.

I found that GTR gearboxes are very 'touchy'. I did a gearbox oil change too and I occationaly get a tiny drip on the ground. I have done everything to stop it from leaking, like sealing the plugs and re-doing the seals with this special type of silicon which is weather, heat and vacuum prof and still get a leak.

I figure to completely stop it, I might have to recondition the seals OR the easier option is, every service I do is just to clean up the gearbox and top up the oil.
