r33 flush boot (no rear spoiler)

ive seen a few r33's going around with boots that sit flush with the rear ( no rear spoiler). does anyone know what the story is with these boots where can i get one from, how much$,etc??

the 4 door's have a flush boot as you discribed

There's some places that can make you a fiberglass or plastic boot lit that is flush with the guard.

i think it is a top-secret car, looks like it is a replacement boot or some sort of cover - looks kinda weird. Get a stealth wing instead.
