Rb25 Clutch Noise

Hey guys ! I just put in a new clutch on my 93 GTS-T , a stage 2 clutch from tophatperformance.com, When I got it at the shop today, it was realy smooth at first, i had good control of my launch point but later, on the high way , I tryed to pass a car and i was doing about 120 -130 km/h and thats the first time it slipped, with a big grind noise. Now when i start my car on the warmup i get this disc noise from the clutch.

first setup (out of the container):

OCR double plate clutch and flywheel

(release bearing went bad and ate away the diaphragm)

New setup:

Stage 2 clutch / pressur plate

rb20 flywheel (the clutch did not bolt on the OCR flywheel)

Castrol 75w90

I got the car appart and got a mechanics to install and put in the clutch straight. That was my budget for the month so now im looking for what options I can do on myself.
