just had the car fully rebuilt was running perfect but was idleing at about 1600 1700 rpm so we turned the idle down by adj the 3 little screws with the nuts on them got it to idle right 1000rpm

but then once you drive it, it will be ok for a few seconds but then cuts out like no power at all motor still running then comes good again then will cut again few seconds later

if you hold the throttle open say 2500 3000rpm not in gear it will cut for about a second revs drop then it comes good again back up 3000rpm then will cut again a second or so later....

seems odd it only did it after we turned back the idle.....

any ideas? about to pick the manual up for it soon....

my guess would be its getting the wrong air flow... turned them down to low maybe? and the air flow metres are sending the wrong message and making it cut?
