Got Defected, Need Engineer Certificate For Pod Enclosure

Heya'll

Got pulled over and defected 200m from my house by HWP

Long story short I've made all the necessary defect changes

except the one about 'air filter cover not standard',

I can't make it standard since the FMIC piping is in the way

So I'm wondering if anyone knows of someone or a mech shop

that do these engineer certificates for pod filter covers.

couldnt you just put a surround on for the pod and get the defect cleared as it is now surrounded?

oh, and couldnt you just flash ur badge

I did have the surround enclosed, but they still defected me saying its not standard

for f**k sakes like u can defect anyone 4 not having standards wheels that's just stupid

to my understanding you can have one intake mod either the pod or IC and seeing as though yours was enclosed id be asking questions at vic roads to confirm the legality of it.

actually judging by your pics you have an IC so technically your not allowed to have a pod hence the reason for the defect maybe??
