They don't make them like this anymore. I am selling my family car due to a downsize to a Hyundai Getz for my wife. I have been the first owner since new, bought in Mackay QLD in 1996 and I still have all logbooks from the last 11 years. Car is a pleasure to drive with all the creature comforts including, woodgrain, climate air, velour sports trimmed seats, electric everything, leather wrapped wheel, knob and handbrake. This car is in a class of its own for its time, and still stacks up well against current meduim sized cars with its very powerful 120kw 2.4 DOHC injected motor, which still only runs on 9.5L/100km city driving, and on long trips down to 6L/100km. Just whack on the factory fitted cruise control and take a long trip with the aftermarket 500w clarion sound system playing your favourite tunes. The motor has had a full rebuild and has had the head machined and polished approx 5000 kms ago, with all receipts available. Gearbox and clutch are all tight and very reassuring and I welcome you to come inspect! Safety was first priority when I bought this car as I had young children at the time, and comes with ABS brakes, crumple zones, drivers airbag, full locking seatbelts, independant suspension all around. You will be hard pressed to find a car of this age feeling as solid as it does. The paint and duco is in fair condition as you can imagine with exposure to driving conditions over the last 11 years, however it has had a accident free history, with just minor carpark dints which you'll find on any older model cars. This car has had all the factory Nissan bells and whistles fitted, except sunroof, So come get yourself a bargain for a cheap family car, or perhaps a first car!
