Hey Guys i am new to this site and trying to find out some info on r33 i just purchased a 95 r33 from melb and was wondering what they mean by upgraded T3 turbo can any one help me thx

Probably hi flow mate.

does that mean that i can run higher boost levels like 14psi safely i have been reading about exhaust turbo wheels falling of or do i still need to tread lightly

well you can as long as it is a hi flow.

i suggest getting it checked first though.

If you have the std ecu you may encounter "boost cut".

Did the seller show you a receipt for the turbo upgrade?

Unfortunately too many people can BS, and unless you remove the turbo and check or you know the mechanics that serviced the car, you have no idea what the car does or does not have .

hey thanks all i have been told the car has a mines computer piggey backed and that the car came from japan as is with upgraded turbo so i think i will have to get it checked
