some dude last year went spastic at a mate and i last year because he went to change lanes while we were next to me....

followed to seaford skatepark and blocked the car in by parking behind it. i didnt really care as it was just 2 bogan looking douches in a aero kitted vn POS.

he must of called a few mates over as 2 car loads of guys rocked up one came out with a baseball bat and faked to smash the window on my car to try and get a reaction to find the person who owned the car.

after about 45minutes to an hour i got fed up and it turned into about 9 against 2 (me and my mate being the 2)

went striaght up to the guy in the vn face to face and told him to get out of his car and give him something to complain about. he acted all tuff untill about 3 cars rocked up all with old school skateboarders init. like im talking about dole bludging permently drunk old schoolers.

ask my mate what was going on and he went nuts and said to the vn dude that noone messes with his skate crew (we didnt even know these guys)

they blocked his car in and went over to the vn guys mates cars and started smashing it with their skateboards. then went to the vn and said something to him which made him piss off real quick.

after the the old schoolers started doing reverse ringes in his colt and took off after them.

was one really messed up night and i didnt really know what to think of it :s

at my old house in woodcroft, the little lass directly opposite us in the 10 house court, new P plater, she was tailgating me 10m from home on my bike, touched my rear wheel.

unbelievable.

off the bike 10m down the road at home, give her the stare, she ignores me so I went across the road and gave her / dad / mum (obnoxious family) the what for, a good ol chin wag about stupidity

next week she wrote off her car in a Major accident, her fault tailgating again & going thru a red light.

lucky to be alive, and I gave them another speech

some families dont want to learn

or just dont car / realise the consequences

About a year ago, was travelling along Pt Road just next to the entertainment centre on my way home from work, a hot Blondie P Plater was next to me in her little laser, with a white hilux ute behind her.

Anyway, traffic light went yellow, we all braked and stopped, heard a massive screech behind and saw the hilux skidding right up behind her. He's on the horn like it's going out of fashion, she turned around and gave him the finger. Big fat bogan in the Hilux proceeds to get out of the ute with a bar in his hand walking towards the laser.

I got out of my car and yelled "Oi! Where the f**k you going" or something along those lines, walking towards him pointing my finger at him at the same time.

His face went white, dropped the bar and ran back to the Hilux, reversed, went up onto the footpath and then through the red light and f**ked off down Pt Road.

I forget sometimes Im 6 foot 2 and 110kg's, and built like a proverbial shithouse. Didnt think as to what I was gonna do if he took me interest in me than the P Plater with the iron bar, but I thought she was seriously gonna get thumped.

One of those things I guess. Some people are f**kwits,

I havent really had any hassles on the street, I guess mainly because when Im driving I look like someones stuffed a sumo wrestler into a mini LOL.

Thanks for that steve.

I actually drove my borther in laws 66 cooper s the other week and my GF Dom said when I got out it looked like one of those scenes from a circus when all the clowns come busting out of their clown car.

Bitch.

:D

yeah thought bout doin the cop shop trick but between where i was n Sturt theres bout 3 sets of traffic lights where id be stopped and he can just easily enuff get out put a gun to my face, jack my car n just for fun shoot me. This is local area for me n i know most the ppl roun here so ive put the word out  problem is i reckon this half wit is local too. so just gonna think twice next time im parking my car somewhere. Funny thing is i can understand him doin half this if i cut the c*%t off but i was coming home from work doin the speed limit and then what do u know.... heres one weve prepared earlier (30 odd years) bogan and XC ute. p.s couldnt get plates coz he had high beems on the whole time n was bout 30cm away from the car when i tried to get plates. Couldnt see ne blue stripes on it. Although i have seen that ute getting roun too. Lesser bogan looking chum drives it

I was driving home from the wife's parents place down Victoria Road down Port Adelaide direction a few months ago.

Now there has been MEGA roadworks going on along there for about 6 months in preparation for the new Expressway bridge over the Port River opening shortly.

There was a stretch of single lane roadworks that was a 40km/h zone 24 hours a day that used to be 2 lanes, but had one blocked off. The stretch would have gone for 2km easily.

So, I am driving home around 10pm on a Sunday night and just get into the single lane 40km/h zone. A white Rodeo (or similar) ute comes screaming up behind me not far into the 2km 40km/h stretch. Now I am sitting on about 44km/h. He comes extremely close up behind me and sits right up my ass. After about 200m of this I thought 'stuff it' - I slowed down to literally 3km/h :D We were rolling along now at 3km/h and he is on the high beams, honking his horn and going crazy. I took great joy for the next 1km+ doing this and watching his screwed up face going ABSOLUTELY INSANE, in my rear vision mirror. When we got to the end of the 40km/h cone I booted it up to 60km/h and got the hell out of there.

Was absolute GOLD how mad he was getting and must have nearly driven him insane doing 3km/h for around a kilometre :D: :D

I had some road rage happen to me a few years ago going up Shep road to blackwood..2 guys in a car thought i was going to slow so they pulled up next to me as i was driving and the passinger climb over the front seat in to the back seat open the back door of his car then open the back door of my car trying to get into it as we where driving a long at 60ks , he had the door open on my cartrying to get in so i hit the brakes my door hit his and bent my door around and it hit my front door stuffing the hingers and door and stuffed the whole side of the car ..they never got them and i never heard back from the police.

Almost worth ramming the idiot and making a job of it as your up for an excess anyway.

Heaps of tossbags around flaggy's and stuff...there's a few bogans who live on blacks road near the high school there...When we used to have rotary's and stuff we'd almost always have a chase a week from that place!! Luckily most of the rotarys we had were 13bt's so it kinda wasn't a challenge, more annoying!!!

lol @ that bogan website

just watching this now

>>Wayne Dodson ep. 1 38.7mb.<<

Yeah you have to love the bogans!!

Maybe we should get on there and give them some net rage

    • I mean I can be OCD'y but this is really over the top. At that point why not just run a full wideband fuel controller? Especially if you run 3 widebands. The system works pretty well, which is trimming low load stuff to be within a few percent of the base map. Pre-engine _change_ the base map was only 1-2% off, depending on ambient temp, elevation, etc. Under load the LS is really very straightforward to tune, enough that a wideband closed loop would be overkill. If I really cared (and I hope I don't) I can always just go back to the MAF system the car actually came with. Which does all those nice calculations for me (temp, altitude, etc), now that you can buy 102mm MAF's that do not cause restrictions.
    • Good afternoon Team , just a quick update on performance mods  Current Mods list (Installed) HKS - Power Editor (Came with the car) looks to be some kind of boost controller RV37 Skyline 400R (SKYLINE) | FUJITSUBO  - Cat Back  RV37 Skyline 400R (SKYLINE) | FUJITSUBO  - Front Pipe AMS  - INFINITI Q50/Q60 RED ALPHA COLD AIR INTAKE KIT AMS  - Performance Heat Exchanger Intercooler Not Yet AMS Alpha Performance Full Race Down Pipes  - to be installed in May
    • I'd be installing 2x widebands and using the NB simulation outputs to the ECU.
    • Nah, it's different across different engines and as the years went on. R32 era RB20, and hence also RB26, the TPS SWITCH is the idle command. The variable resistor is only for the TCU, as you say. On R33 era RB25 and onwards (but probably not RB26, as they still used the same basic ECU from the R32 era), the idle command is a voltage output of close to 0.45V from the variable resistor.
    • It's actually one of the worst bits of Nissan nomenclature (also compounded by wiring diagrams when the TCU is incorporated in ECU, or, ECU has a passthru to a standalone TCU).... the gripe ~ they call it the TPS, but with an A/T it's actually a combined unit ...TPS (throttle position switch) + TPS (throttle position sensor).... ..by the looks of it (and considering car is A/T) you have this unit... https://www.amayama.com/en/part/nissan/2262002u11 The connector on the flying lead coming out of the unit, is the TPS (throttle position sensor) ...only the TCU reads this. The connector on the unit body, is the TPS (throttle position switch) ...ECU reads this. It has 3 possible values -- throttle closed (idle control contact), open (both contacts open, ECU controls engine...'run' mode), and WOT (full throttle contact closed, ECU changes mapping). When the throttle is closed (idle control contact), this activates what the patent describes as the 'anti stall system' ~ this has the ECU keep the engine at idling speed, regardless of additional load/variances (alternator load mostly, along with engine temp), and drives the IACV solenoid with PWM signal to adjust the idle air admittance to do this. This is actually a specific ECCS software mode, that only gets utilized when the idle control contact is closed. When you rotate the TPS unit as shown, you're opening the idle control contact, which puts ECCS into 'run' mode (no idle control), which obviously is a non-sequitur without the engine started/running ; if the buzzing is coming from the IACV solenoid, then likely ECCS is freaking out, and trying to raise engine rpm 'any way it can'...so it's likely pulling the valve wide open....this is prolly what's going on there. The signal from the connector on the flying lead coming out of the unit (for the TCU), should be around 0.4volts with the throttle closed (idle position) ~ although this does effect low throttle shift points if set wrong, the primary purpose here is to tell TCU engine is at idle (no throttle demand), and in response lower the A/T line pressure ... this is often described as how much 'creep' you get with shifter in D at idle. The way the TPS unit is setup (physically), ensures the idle control contact closes with a high margin on the TPSensor signal wire, so you can rotate the unit on the adjustment slots, to achieve 0.4v whilst knowing the idle control contact is definitely closed. The IACV solenoid is powered by battery voltage via a fuse, and ground switched (PWM) by the ECU. When I check them, I typically remove the harness plug, feed the solenoid battery voltage and switch it to ground via a 5watt bulb test probe ; thing should click wide open, and idle rpm should increase... ...that said though, if it starts & idles with the TPS unit disconnected, and it still stalls when it gets up to operating temperature, it won't be the IACV because it's unused, which would infer something else is winking out...
