when i bought my car i had a cd stacker in the boot that went to the crappy stock radio. ive since replaced that old school clapped out piece of crap radio and cassete player for a nice new headunit. luckily, the cd stacker wont work with my head unit, so i tried to remove it to free up some boost space.

bad move.

one of the screws holding the stacker down seems to have chewed out thread and wont come out, so i need to get into the space between the boot floor and above the rh rear wheel. has anyone done this before? is their an easy way to do this without disassembling my entire car? this is frustration me so much im at a point where i'll happily use a 9" grinder or the jaws of life to get it out!

Forget about trying to get in there, Get a drift or a long cold chisel onto the 6mm stud and smash it off. Leave the other ones attached so the brackets don't munt your floorpan.
