my friend just imported a skyline for me, its at one of them compliance places, i can't get to it now cause they're waiting for some green sticker to stick onto the car to say its ok, but its in the post so it shouldn't be much longer, my question is do them compliance people put number plates on the car for me or do i have to go get it myself?? and do they register my car for me too?? i can't get in contact with my friend doing it for me ...
