My options are either 18" origins from japanese import spares or lenso widetracks. I like dish :P

My car is sonic silver. Anyone have pics of silver car with giold mags. The widetrack comes in black with polished lip aswell. Even that might look good. What are your thoughts guys? Also what is the quality of these? I know they can not be compared to jap spec

didja have to make two threads? black is best on silver imo, but the jap rims are likely to be faaaaaaaar better than the lenso's. post up the offests of both sets of wheels. gold doesnt look too bad actually. my pick is the jap goldies

didnt mean to make two threads. Was a accident. Yeh if i had the $$$$$ gold vork gtc would be the pick. Hey if i had the $$$ in the first place then i wudnt be writing up this thread either.

added the black

i found out abit more info on the orgins. They are sold in jap by that name but are made in taiwan...But the quaity must be ok to be selling in japan? Any1 got ne gold on silver??? Also these particular gold rims have offset +15. They should be good?

i got Osaka RS5 rims on my 34 atm, 19x8.5 all around, shadow chrome with a polished lip. look tuff and prob bout the same price as what ur looking at. They cost about 280-300 per rim and then tyres.

all up i paid 1120 for rims and tyres where 200 each so all up 1920. tyres arent the best things but good enough. 235x35 on fronts and 245x35 rear. ill post a pic when i get home from work.

imo black rims on a silver r34 look awesome .. but to make it even better, get a black/cf aftermarket bonnet and side mirrors. There's a car on here .. can't remember the name of the poster, that looks exactly like that .. it is HOT.

hey guys heres a pic of my rims as i said i would take. have a loook, they look chromy from the angles i took but the centre is actually shadow chrom, similar colour to car with polished lip

looking for rims of the following...

18x9.5 rears, +38 offset

18x8.5 fronts, +38 offset

looking to do matte black on a silver r34. preferrably something like te37s or the dc6's from taleb tyres.

what do you guys think, and recommend?

+15 is the only offset avaliable damit. And i really like them too. My car is lowered with tein. I dont want to flare the guards so what other possible mods can be done? Is it worth the effort or just go look at another style of rim??

    • All of your suspension bushes/bolts etc, should also only ever be tightened when the car is sitting with full weight too.   IE, jack it back up, shove a heap of stuff down so you can lower the wheels onto so the car is "on the ground" but you have room to get under it.   It's why when properly done, you should be able to remove the shock and spring, but the arms won't go to 100% droop. If you don't do the above, you'll destroy your bushes.

    • These arrived today! Sadly I'm going to probably be smart and enjoy the car as is over the summer/sunny period and save the ~2 weeks downtime it'd take to swap the heads over and tune later in the year. Maybe. It's going to be pretty damn tempting seeing these bolt on funs just sitting in storage when they're ready to go. There's a non-zero chance I end up @The Bogan'ing it.
