focal splits, high end alpine deck, and soundstream sub should get you what you want to achieve... i listen to alot of everything and i mean everything... the alpine deck allows for alot of options reguarding sound quality for different types of music. e.g. parametric E.Q

yeh i got a 12" alpine sub, pioneer deck, mbquarts splits up front and want to go turantula 6x9 at the back.

even thinking of changing the front splits to turantula ones too..

how do 6" fit into the doors of r32 gtst?

why bother going 6x9s when you already have a sub? not a whole lot of point to it when you should be high passing them anyway.just go the equalivant 6''.will be easier for you guys to fit and with a sub you more then likly wont be able to hear a difference and will probly be cheaper then the 6x9s.

6's into the doors isnt a problem.does it still have the 5x7s in it at the moment? if it does just make up an MDF adapter plate and away you go.

haha its a shame DD Phil isnt on these fourms...as far as i know anyway lol.

i have 6x9 crappy pioneers in the back already so was just gonna replace them..

i dont know wats in the front! i think there 6"..

will have a look tomorrow!

oh yea in that case just go the 6x9s seems they just drop right in.oh well dont fret if it still has the 5x7's in there its not a hard job to make up the adapter plates.

I have JVC DVD Screen in dash, front are kicker splits, rears are kicker 2 ways, kicker mono amp and i had a kicker comp cvr 15inch, but it was to big so now have a 12inch pioneer

i use to run alpine head unit soundstream t4-900rms 12 inch sub and the tarantula tr500x2 rms amp, it was a monster you could feel the hair on your head shakin from so much bass

just added wight you dont need.

spend the money on mods to get the unleashed power out,

Glad you said the latter and not me Craig but really, you can just replace your stock speakers and headunit for no more weight gain and have a good setup that you can enjoy every day!
