My Dyno Result

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum,

But i just wanted to post up my dyno results from today.

I dynoed my 1996 R33 which is stock other then:

-Apexi Pod Filter

-Full 3inch Exhaust

-Just Jap Intercooler kit.

It was on stock boost which is 10psi with the exhaust. 18 degrees air temperature. We also retarded the exhaust cam timing slightly which not only gave me 8kw more but smoothed out my idle and calmed the slight misfire between 4500 and 5000rpm!

It made 183rwkw

222kw at the flywheel.

I was quite surprised with this result as i didnt think it would make this much power as it previously made 144rwkw with just a pod filter.

So basically a 40rwkw gain from those 2 mods

good results, i had those mods and got 182rwkw

put in a power fc, fuel pump, cam gear +tune with greedy ebc and pulled 213.3rwkw, they should be the next if you want more out of ur standard turbo

The exhaust was worth doing the other two mods are debatable...well actually an unsheilded pod is a step backwards in power for sure.

Hopefully the car is actually quicker for you and you are enjoying it.

Well im hoping to upgrade the turbo before doing other mods. But im unsure as to how much boost ill be able to run with another turbo before ill have to change fuel pump, injectors or a tune?

great results man, thats good power, i am about to put in a new gts-t fuel pump, greddy plenumn, nismo front pipe to complete a 3" exhaust system and a kkr480..wonder wat i'll get...i have the same mods as u however, apexi pod, hybrid cooler..
