shredder667
hi guys, just looking online at some z32 afm's and am slightly confused. justjap has them individually here but without plugs. do i need the plugs or are there existing ones on the gtr? http://justjap.com/store/product.php?produ...at=0&page=1 and here they are with a pair of tomei plugs. http://justjap.com/store/product.php?produ...at=0&page=2 so do i actually need to spend the extra money for the ones with plugs? also, it says they're bosch but i was under the impression that z32 afm's were made by nissan. i noticed on the nengun website that it says tomei z32 afm's but that they're made by nissan. could it just be a similar thing here? lastly, anyone else know where else i might find them? cheaper? cheers guys. sorry for asking so many questions! R31Nismoid
Nissan outsource. AFM's are made by Bosch, either way it doesnt matter. Z32's will not bolt to GTR piping. You need to get adaptors to make them fit. And you need plugs. Nismo AFM's however, (which are idential to a Z32, just in a bolt on size) are the better choice overall as they plug in and work with the stock piping Nismo's around $350ea delivered from Nengun/greenline etc from memory Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/230904-z32-afms/#findComment-4056152 Share on other sites

R31Nismoid
Nope. Nismo's are identical to Z32's. they just fit perfect. True bolt on Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/230904-z32-afms/#findComment-4056702 Share on other sites

dmr
if you decide to go with a Z32 AFM, you can always use a VL commodore AFM plug from a wreckers for a bit of spare change. saves buying bosch or tomei plugs.
