I tried making these once, kinda hard. I had hundreds of rims saved, body kits, cars, garages, people, everything! Might try again one day.

Pretty sure you can't actually make them online, I made mine in paint. The base I used already had similar rims but i had to make the front bar and s1 spoiler for it and to the whole colour change.
