Comments: Great condition apart from minor spot surface rust on the strut mounting plate, no rust on the bar itself since it is alloy. It is adjustable and better than those 80 dollar ones from china.

I'd assume near the black screw/washer at each end.

It is adjustable at both ends where the bar meets the mounting plate. It is threaded there with a nut, so you can adjust it.
