Fitting R32 Trail Style Aftermarket Bumper

hey guys i just brought a trail style bumper for my r32 and just wondering how to fit it and all. but my car is at the mechanic at the moment, and he said its better off to give it to the panel beater to fit it.. but i thought it would be pretty easy to fit it myself.. just need some advices..

Fitting is best left to the professionals. You wouldn't think that it can be that hard, however if you want the bar to fit properly then take to a panel beater. The main reason is that each car is slightly different and the bar will need some adjustment to make it sit right. For the guys who do this everyday they will know what to do and have it done very quickly. Don't cut corners
