Hi guys

Did a search couldn't find anything on this, but i lowered my car 3 months ago with the Whiteline Lowered springs, i'm sure there the same as in SK's group buy but i got mine else where.

I noticed the rear sits higher then the front, anyone else experienced this?

I asked a few guys i've met on SAU, there not sure why either.

Any help would be appreciated :D

Cheers,

Pics are below of what i mean:

Get the tape measure out and check it. Should be 350 mm front and 340 mm, rear centre of wheel to guard as usual.

Cheers

Gary

Just measured it, its 340mm at front and 360mm at rear

Is that normal?

don't think so .. iirc the rear is 10mm lower from factory so if your front is 340mm rear should be 330mm ?

Edit: oh yeah thanks for ignoring my PMs and every attempt to contact you SydneyKid in regards to my suspension package that I paid for 4 weeks ago. Good too see you're keeping busy answering random questions, but can't spare 30 seconds to let a customer know what is happening with their goods. GRR.

Hmmm....might grab a pair of those Bilstein rear shocks to lower the back abit more then....

Thanks for your help

I wouldnt rush out and buy them yet, if they should be 350mm front and 340mm rear and yours is 340mm front and 360mm rear then there is def. something wrong there.

Yeh i figured there might be something wrong, i'll wait for Sk's reply and see what he thinks before going ahead with anything.

Thanks Danny

Check the part numbers stamped on the coils, should be 23175 on the front and 23176 on the rear.

Hey Gary

I just checked the part numbers just now, they are:

Fronts are23175 as u said.

Rears are 23139, does that mean they have me incorrect rear springs?

Cheers,

What rear springs are they then?

Man i dont know.....its been like 6 months now since i purchased them.

Don't think i can get them to give me the correct ones, if they turn out to be the incorrect springs i might just buy a pair for rears....

I'll just wait for gary's reply and see what he says

Hi guys i need some help with this, i did my research and found that the rear pair are actually for an R33 not R34. My front are correct.

Now whats the chances of me getting the correct ones replaced by the store i bought it from? i know its been awhile since i had them, bought them in january and fitted them in may.

I just want to know if were to go back an explain the situation to them would they be willing to give me the right ones?

Its probably not a good chance, but i just want to know if i was entitled as a customer to get the correct parts after so long.

I would ahve done it earlier if i knew the parts were incorrect, but wasnt until i fitted them and let them set in before i noticed they were still sitting higher then the front.

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,
