Black Smoke Under Wot

guys, does anyone know the reason for the black smoke under WOT . i got a friend to rev the car to 6000rpm (in neutral) and could not see any smoke . however when driving and i plant my foot , there is always alot of black smoke following. could this be the turboes? I thought it may have been the engine or rings but excluded this when i reved it in neutral. Is this common for gtrs ?

Car is stock apart from cat back exhaust .

i'd say it is due to your fuel maps. when you're in neutral and there's no load on your engine you'll be in a different part of the fuel map compared to when you're on boost, at 6000rpm, under load at WOT you'll be using alot more fuel which is why you end up with black smoke coming out of your exhaust (incomplete combustion results in Carbon).

yeah I get that too, pretty sure its from the tuning of the car, if your cat is gutted that would likely contribute as well.
