A New 4.7km Circuit May Be Coming Our Way Recently, Eastern Creek announced their $350,000 study on how to upgrade the circuit in anticipation of Oran Park closing down. Circuit Club were there to witness it, and now they are bringing you the story and the photos – first. Frink Posted August 8, 2008 Share Posted August 8, 2008 it looks pretty and all, but i dont think it will be a good 'racing' circuit. great for time trials, but again, not enough overtaking opportunites. the radius of most the corners are too long.... Ditto, but there are subtle differences if you look long enough. As I'm so rusty on two wheels, having to spend a few days belting around EC to reset my lines, on two or four wheels, wont be too much of a stretch!!
