R33 Rear Skyline Word Diy Question

I'm just continuing the above thread by asking a few questions;

I'm trying to make my own on a R33 and i need some questions answered. The LED board pictured can hold 14 LED's in parallel.

1. What voltage must the LED's be? I'm thinking 12v right? The original LED's on the board were 3.6v rated and i blew most of them experimenting with the board while injecting 12v into them. lol

2. With 14 LED's installed, what resisitor size must i get and and where do i put them?

Still missing some values. Can anyone who have done it, just post pictures(if possible) to see how it is connected. I just need to know where are the resistors connected.
