I am of the old school.

I read these japanese imports magazines and I read that cars have 450ps 0r 375ps 500ps.....

What is "ps" and how do I convert it to kilowatts or horsepower??

I know to convert horsepower to kilowatts, you devide the horsepower by 1.39 and vice versa.....

But how do you get Kw out of ps???

they're pritty much the same thing, PS is metric horse power and HP is imperial horse power.

PS x .9863 = HP
