High Pitched Grinding Sound

hey everyone my r33 just had a major service done at 90k it had a very high pitched noise coming from the rear end of the car ONLY when i brake .

At first i thought it was the break pads being of a crappy quality so i got them changed and the rotors machined and yet the noise is still there..

Any one know what it could be?

you've tried the pads... but what about the rotors?? Just take it to a brake service center. They will probably do a free inspection for you

i have machined the rotors!

so i don't think its either of the rotors or the pads..

can you describe the noise in more detail...high pitch grinding noise...metal on metal? from both sides or just one? does it happen only on light braking pressure? sounds brake/rotor related. tried jacking the rear up spining the wheels and getting someone to apply hand brake/brake? just a thought.
