There is no way you'd want a car to separate like that! :) The cabin of any car should remain one complete cell to protect the occupants of the car. You're thinking too much Hollywood crap about cars exploding on impact.

That Audi is clearly poorly engineered. There is no "twist" in the sections remaining showing the stress of the impact. Windows are still intact. It just came apart. That is no safety feature. Look at where the car finished up. If it was 200kph, it would be far messier than that and further away. That looks like a simple 50mph bingle in a shit car! :(

Thats one tough as tree.. I agree with Ruby, theres no way he would have hit that doing 200km/h for that tree to still be standing. He's hit the tree side on and it has ripped the car in 2.

Lucky for him he hit that tree and not another car with a family or such in it.
